The EcoloxTech Commercial Leasing Program puts an onsite hypochlorous acid generator into your facility without a capital purchase. You lease an EcoloxTech 300 or EcoloxTech 1200 on a simple 24-month commercial lease, available to businesses located in the United States: a low upfront deposit, fixed monthly payments, installation and onboarding, ongoing support, ready-to-use brine, and a new or refurbished system when you renew.
About claims
EcoloxTech generators produce a hypochlorous acid solution on site. They are regulated by the EPA as devices, are not registered disinfectants, and we make no efficacy claims for them. Where a task needs a registered disinfectant, use HOCl-AS200 (EPA Reg. No. 101112-1) according to its label.
Two systems, two plans
Both systems produce the same near-neutral hypochlorous acid solution (pH 5.0–6.5). The difference is volume and scale.
Small to mid-size
EcoloxTech 300
Up to 300 L/hr at 20–250 ppm, in a compact unit for wall or bench mounting.
From $500/month
- Small to mid-size food processors
- Schools, restaurants and central kitchens
- Clinics, dental offices and care settings
- Facilities with moderate daily volume
Industrial scale
EcoloxTech 1200
Up to 1,200 L/hr at 20–600 ppm, built for continuous, multi-point use with tanks, pumps and distribution.
From $1,750/month
- Large food, seafood, meat, poultry and produce plants
- Cruise ships and large hospitality operations
- Multi-line and 24/7 production
- Facilities with high daily demand
Configurations
| System | Configuration | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| EcoloxTech 300 | System only (on-demand) | From about $500 |
| EcoloxTech 300 | System + holding tank | Quoted at onboarding |
| EcoloxTech 300 | System + tank + pump | Quoted at onboarding |
| EcoloxTech 1200 | System only | From about $1,750 |
| EcoloxTech 1200 | System + tank + pump | Quoted at onboarding |
| EcoloxTech 1200 | Multi-point distribution | Quoted at onboarding |
What sets the price: system size, the daily volume you need, storage tank size, pump and distribution needs, and your facility layout and usage pattern. Sizing it properly means you do not pay for capacity you will not use.

Why lease instead of buying
- No capital expenditure. Keep cash for the rest of the operation.
- Predictable monthly cost. A fixed payment that can be set directly against the chemical spend it replaces.
- A current system. A new or refurbished unit at each renewal, instead of an ageing asset.
- Faster deployment. Fewer procurement steps and approval cycles.
- Support built in. Sizing, installation, onboarding and ongoing help are part of the lease.
Buying outright usually gives the lowest total cost over the life of a system; leasing spreads it into monthly payments. Our ROI and savings guide compares both on the same model, and the free sanitation audit can run the numbers for your site.
Who the program is for
The program is designed for commercial operations with steady, daily sanitation volume — food and beverage processing, seafood, poultry, dairy and produce, schools, restaurants and central kitchens, healthcare and senior care, hotels and cruise ships, agriculture, and multi-site operators standardising across locations. See the industry programmes for how each sector uses onsite generation.
Leasing is available in the United States only. Outside the US, systems are available by direct purchase or 50/50 deposit — contact us about options in your country.
It is not intended for residential or one-off use. For small, occasional needs, the EcoloxTech Micro or ready-to-use HOCl-AS200 is usually the better fit.

How it works
- Start a lease. Choose your system on the lease request form.
- Onboarding survey. A short survey on your facility, volumes and applications, so we size and configure the system correctly.
- Contract and Compliance Pack. Your lease contract and documentation are emailed for review.
- Sign and activate. Sign electronically; your system is scheduled for delivery and installation.
- Deploy and support. The system is installed, your team is onboarded, and support continues for the term.

It depends on the system and configuration, and is confirmed during onboarding before you sign.
What happens at the end of 24 months?
On renewal, the system is replaced with a new or refurbished unit and a new term begins.
Can I end the lease early?
Yes, with an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract value, reflecting the system allocation, onboarding and support already provided.
Is brine included?
Yes. Ready-to-use brine for normal operation is supplied, with an annual allotment included.
Which system do I need?
The onboarding survey recommends the system and configuration. You can also book a free sanitation audit first.
Can I lease tanks and pumps too?

Does a leased generator carry disinfection claims?
