EcoloxTech builds three on-site hypochlorous acid electrolyzers. They differ in one figure above all others — how much solution each one makes per hour — and almost everything else about the specification follows from it.
All three make hypochlorous acid on site from water, salt and electricity, so there is nothing to ship in, store or dispose of. Where they part company is scale and purchase path: one is a consumer device you add to a cart, the other two are commissioned systems ordered through a quote.
EcoloxTech Micro

300 ml in five minutes. $55.99, buy direct.
A USB-powered personal generator that makes a small batch on demand, up to 200 ppm. There is no installation and no plumbing — water, salt, five minutes. It suits a home, a single room, a vehicle or travel, where the alternative is buying bottles.
It is not a facility system. If you need litres per hour rather than millilitres per batch, start at the 300.

EcoloxTech 300

300 litres per hour continuous. $9,999, ordered through a quote.
A wall-mounted single-cell electrolyzer in 316 stainless steel, adjustable from 20 to 225 ppm free available chlorine at pH 5 to 8, with an ORP of 800–1100 mV. It runs on ordinary single-phase power (100–240 V, 180 W) and occupies 32 × 17 × 42 cm at 11.8 kg.
This is the size most restaurants, schools, clinics, hotels and small processing operations land on. Concentration and flow rate trade against each other — asking for a higher ppm lowers the litres per hour — so the daily volume you can actually make depends on the strength you run at.

EcoloxTech 1200

1,200 litres per hour continuous. $39,999, ordered through a quote.
The industrial system, adjustable from 10 to 780 ppm at pH 4 to 8, with an ORP above 1000 mV. Also 316 stainless, running on 110/220 V at 50–60 Hz, 35 × 24 × 52 cm and 21.2 kg.
Its adjustment ranges are wider at both ends: it reaches both lower concentrations and higher ones than the 300, and adjusts down to pH 4 where the 300 stops at 5. Whether that matters depends on what your application specifies, which is worth settling before the model is chosen.

Working out which one you need
For the two commercial systems the question is rarely which model, but how many. That depends on four things: how much solution you use in a day, the concentration you need it at, how many hours a day you are drawing it, and whether you hold a buffer tank.
The HOCl system sizing calculator works this out against the published production tables and tells you how many units of each system the job needs, and how long they would run.
If you would rather have someone look at the site with you, the free sanitation audit covers output, storage, distribution and water treatment.

Regulatory position
These systems are devices that produce a hypochlorous acid solution on site. No efficacy claim is made for the device or for the solution it produces. Disinfection claims on this site attach only to the EPA-registered product HOCl-AS200, EPA Reg. No. 101112-1.
