These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of EcoloxTech.com and related pages, online stores, features, content, products, and services operated by EcoloxTech (“EcoloxTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting information, requesting a consultation or sanitation audit, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
1. About EcoloxTech
EcoloxTech provides environmental and sanitation technologies, including residential, commercial, and industrial electrolyzed-water systems; hypochlorous acid (“HOCl”) generators; water-purification equipment; electrostatic sprayers; foggers; test equipment; replacement parts; accessories; consulting; installation-related products and services; and white-label or commercial solutions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to make a purchase or submit a commercial inquiry through the website. If you use the website on behalf of a business, government entity, school, healthcare organization, distributor, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, specifications, photographs, availability, and pricing. Product images may differ slightly from the product delivered. Packaging, accessories, specifications, designs, prices, promotions, inventory, and estimated lead times may change without notice. We may correct typographical, technical, or pricing errors at any time.
Information about HOCl, electrolyzed water, sanitation, pathogen reduction, food-contact applications, environmental benefits, or regulatory status is provided for general educational and product-information purposes. Results depend on concentration, pH, water quality, organic load, contact time, equipment condition, preparation, storage, and application method. A statement about a technology, active substance, or category of use does not mean every EcoloxTech product is approved, registered, or suitable for every use or jurisdiction.
4. Safe and Lawful Product Use
You are responsible for the following:
- Reading and following the product manual, label, safety information, installation instructions, and maintenance requirements.
- Using the correct ingredients, concentrations, test methods, contact times, and application procedures.
- Confirming that a product and its intended use comply with the laws and regulatory requirements that apply in your location.
- Using appropriately rated products in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Testing compatibility before applying a generated solution to sensitive materials, electronics, equipment, plants, animals, food, skin, or other surfaces.
- Keeping products, ingredients, and generated solutions appropriately labeled and stored.
Do not modify a product, bypass a safety feature, use an unapproved power supply or accessory, or operate equipment contrary to its instructions. Unless expressly stated in an applicable product label or written EcoloxTech documentation, website content is not medical, veterinary, dental, pharmaceutical, occupational-safety, or regulatory advice. Consult a qualified professional when such advice is required. Do not ingest generated solutions or use a product to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition unless that specific use is authorized by the applicable product labeling and the law.
5. Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute final acceptance. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order because of product unavailability, a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment-verification problems, export or regulatory restrictions, an incorrect shipping address, unusually large quantities, or apparent resale activity. A binding sale is formed when we accept the order and begin fulfillment. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
Commercial installations, custom products, leases, consulting, distributor arrangements, and white-label projects may require a separate quotation or written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
6. Prices Taxes and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. You are responsible for applicable sales, use, value-added, customs, import, and similar taxes and charges unless they are collected during checkout. Payment is subject to authorization by the payment provider.
Discounts, coupons, and promotions may be limited by time, product, customer, or territory; cannot be combined unless expressly permitted; have no cash value; and may be changed or withdrawn where legally permitted.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Published delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday during EcoloxTech’s posted business hours. In-stock products generally ship within 24 to 48 hours. Large-quantity, made-to-order, and custom orders may require additional processing time.
Unless another arrangement is confirmed, EcoloxTech may select the carrier and shipping method. Freight costs for certain products may be invoiced separately. Expedited shipping may be available on request. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. EcoloxTech is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address, weather, carrier operations, customs, mechanical problems, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Inspect packages promptly. Visible transit damage should be documented with the carrier at delivery, and you should contact EcoloxTech as soon as reasonably possible.
For international orders, availability may be limited by destination. Customs clearance may delay delivery. The customer is responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage charges, import requirements, and related fees. Shipping charges may be adjusted when the actual carrier cost exceeds the original estimate because of destination, dimensions, weight, or other shipping factors. 8. Returns and Refunds
To request a return, you must begin the return process within 14 days after receiving the order. Unless required otherwise by law, only products that are new, unused, unopened, and unmodified are eligible. A returned product must include its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and inserts. An approved return must arrive at the facility specified in the return authorization within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- A 20 percent restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- The refund amount is determined after inspection of the returned product.
Do not return a product without following the authorized return process. Used, tested, opened, installed, modified, custom-made, or otherwise ineligible items may be refused. Complete procedures appear at ecoloxtech.com/shipping-policy.
9. Limited Manufacturers Warranty
EcoloxTech provides a limited manufacturer’s warranty for covered EcoloxTech-branded systems and accessories. Unless different written terms apply to a particular product, the warranty period is one year from the original retail purchase date and applies only to the original end-user purchaser.
The warranty generally covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, recommended use. It does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage, corrosion, oxidation, unauthorized modification, use with unapproved accessories or power supplies, altered serial numbers, normal wear, cosmetic damage, or use outside a product’s rated application.
For a valid covered claim, EcoloxTech may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished product, or refund the original purchase price excluding shipping charges. The customer is responsible for transportation, shipping, insurance, customs, duties, and associated charges for warranty service unless applicable law requires otherwise. Proof of purchase and supporting photographs or video may be required. Commercial or extended coverage applies only when separately purchased or confirmed in writing.

10. Accounts and Website Security
If the website permits you to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect the website, EcoloxTech, its customers, or third parties.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access; introduce malware; interfere with website security or operation; scrape or harvest information through automated means without written permission; use the website for fraud or unlawful conduct; impersonate another person; or use website content to make false, misleading, or unauthorized product claims.
11. Intellectual Property
The website and its text, graphics, photographs, videos, product names, logos, manuals, downloads, design, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to EcoloxTech and protected by intellectual-property laws. EcoloxTech grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the website for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content. These Terms grant no right to use EcoloxTech trademarks, branding, or product imagery. Authorized distributors, affiliates, resellers, and white-label customers remain subject to their separate written agreements.
12. Reviews Messages and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, question, testimonial, or other content, you represent that you created it or have permission to submit it; it is accurate and not misleading; it does not infringe another party’s rights; it contains no unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or malicious material; and it contains no confidential information you are unauthorized to disclose.
You grant EcoloxTech a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use that content to operate, improve, and promote the business, subject to applicable privacy law. We may moderate or remove user content but are not obligated to do so.
13. Third Party Services and Links
The website may link to third-party research, regulators, carriers, payment processors, scheduling services, social networks, financing providers, or other websites. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link or reference does not necessarily constitute EcoloxTech’s endorsement, warranty, or control. EcoloxTech is not responsible for third-party websites, products, representations, availability, or security.
14. Privacy and Electronic Communications
Our collection and handling of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy at ecoloxtech.com/privacy-policy. When you place an order, submit a form, or contact us electronically, you consent to receive transactional communications needed to respond, process the request, or service the order. Marketing communications are subject to applicable law. Where available, you may unsubscribe using the link in the communication. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary order, warranty, security, or service communications.
15. Disclaimer of Website Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS GENERAL INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ECOLOXTECH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE. GENERAL WEBSITE CONTENT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE PRODUCT MANUAL, PRODUCT LABEL, SAFETY DATA, WRITTEN SPECIFICATIONS, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE APPLICABLE TO A PARTICULAR USE. PRODUCT WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY PROVIDED WITH OR IDENTIFIED FOR THE PRODUCT. IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECOLOXTECH AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, SPOILAGE, PRODUCTION LOSS, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS. ECOLOXTECH’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PRODUCT, ORDER, OR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ECOLOXTECH FOR THE PRODUCT OR TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EcoloxTech and its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website; your material violation of these Terms; your unauthorized modification, relabeling, resale, marketing, or use of a product; regulatory representations you make without written authorization; or your infringement of another party’s rights. This section does not require a consumer to indemnify EcoloxTech for EcoloxTech’s own negligence or unlawful conduct.
18. Export and Regulatory Compliance
You may not purchase, export, re-export, transfer, or use products in violation of United States export controls, economic sanctions, import restrictions, or the laws of the destination country. Customers who bottle, distribute, privately label, resell, or make regulated claims concerning HOCl or another generated solution are responsible for obtaining the registrations, licenses, approvals, labeling, testing, and documentation required for those activities unless a written agreement expressly assigns responsibility otherwise.
19. Force Majeure
EcoloxTech is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, carrier failures, shortages, utility or internet outages, government action, war, civil unrest, or supply-chain disruption.
20. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable consumer law requires another forum, claims arising from these Terms, the website, or a transaction with EcoloxTech must be brought in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida. You and EcoloxTech consent to those courts’ personal jurisdiction and venue. Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to provide written notice and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, products, operations, or legal obligations. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date unless another date is stated. Changes will not retroactively alter material rights concerning an order already accepted, except where required by law or agreed by the parties.
22. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate website access if you violate these Terms, threaten website security, engage in fraud or abuse, or expose EcoloxTech or others to legal or operational risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions, will remain effective.
23. General Provisions
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping and Return Policy, applicable warranty, product documentation, and any signed transaction-specific agreement, constitute the agreement governing your use of the website and purchases from EcoloxTech. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
EcoloxTech’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. EcoloxTech may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, asset transfer, or sale of the business.
