A note on claims

EcoloxTech generators are regulated by the EPA as devices, are not registered disinfectants, and we make no efficacy claims for them or for the solution they produce. The only EcoloxTech product with disinfection claims is HOCl-AS200 (EPA Reg. No. 101112-1), used according to its label. What applies where is set out on our regulations page and in staying compliant with HOCl. Research referred to describes published studies under their own test conditions and is not a claim for any product.

At EcoloxTech, operational excellence extends beyond product performance.

Clear documentation, traceability, and record-keeping are foundational to how we operate — particularly in environments that involve regulatory oversight, long sales cycles, and multi-party collaboration.

As businesses scale, informal conversations and undocumented interactions can create ambiguity over time. Structured documentation ensures that decisions, timelines, and communications can be accurately referenced if questions arise later.

Documentation as an Operational Standard

In practice, documentation plays a critical role in:

  • Vendor and partner interactions
  • Referral and introduction pathways
  • External communications requiring long-term reference
  • Compliance and audit readiness
  • Internal knowledge continuity

Maintaining clear records protects all parties involved and supports consistent decision-making across teams.

Separation of Operations and Public Records

In certain cases, associated entities may maintain independent public archives to document procedural timelines or engagement records in a neutral, third-party format.

These archives are:

  • Hosted externally
  • Written in third-person, factual language
  • Maintained separately from operational systems
  • Intended for long-term reference rather than commentary

Importantly, such archives are not part of EcoloxTech’s commercial operations and do not relate to customer delivery, product performance, or active partnerships.

Transparency Without Distraction

The purpose of documentation is not amplification — it is clarity.

By separating operational activity from archival records, organizations can maintain transparency without introducing noise or distraction into day-to-day execution.
