Overview

The Micro exists because the argument for onsite generation does not stop at the factory gate. The same logic that makes a 1,200 L/hr skid sensible in a processing plant — make it fresh, make it at the strength you need, stop buying and storing it — applies to a dental operatory, a veterinary practice, a food truck or a kitchen counter.

It runs on a titanium-iridium electrolysis cell, the same electrode chemistry as our commercial systems, scaled down. Swapping the salt for food-grade potassium carbonate switches the output to an alkaline degreaser.

Why a personal generator instead of a bottle

Bottled hypochlorous acid degrades. Light, heat and time all convert it toward less active species, and the bottle on a retail shelf carries no indication of how long it has been there. A generator sidesteps the problem entirely: the solution is minutes old when you use it.

What it does not do

The Micro is a sanitising tool for personal and single-room use. It is not an EPA-registered disinfectant — that is what HOCl-AS200 is for.
