EcoloxTech Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

Applies to: Eco One and EcoloxTech-branded systems and accessories

1. Warranty Coverage
EcoloxTech warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase ("Warranty Period"). This Limited Warranty is provided to the original end-user purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Electrical or mechanical failure due to internal component defects under normal usage

  • Performance failure under recommended operating conditions

3. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents

  • Corrosion, oxidation, or water damage due to improper storage or exposure to liquids, moisture, or chemicals

  • Damage from use with non-approved accessories or power supplies

  • Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic damage such as scratches, discoloration, or fading)

  • Alteration or tampering with serial numbers, product labeling, or internal components

  • Products used for commercial or industrial purposes unless specifically rated

4. Warranty Claims Process


To initiate a warranty claim:

  • Contact EcoloxTech Customer Support via email or our website.
  • Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos/video of the issue.
  • Follow the return instructions provided by our team.

If the product is found to be defective and covered under warranty, EcoloxTech will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace it with a new or refurbished unit, or
  • Refund the original purchase price (less shipping fees).

Shipping Costs for Warranty Service.
EcoloxTech does not cover shipping costs for warranty claims.
The customer is responsible for all transportation, shipping, insurance, customs, duties, and related charges to ship the product to and from EcoloxTech (including any shipments of replacement or repaired items).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Risk of loss for returned products passes to EcoloxTech only upon delivery to the address specified in the RMA instructions.

5. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcoloxTech shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, or replacement costs. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy and supersedes any other written or oral warranties.

6. Extended & Commercial Warranties
Extended warranties or warranties for commercial use are available upon request and must be purchased or agreed to in writing.
