  • Return Policy

    We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Please review our updated return policy below:



  • Eligibility for Return

    • You must start your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Only new, unused, and unopened items are eligible for return.

    • Items that have been used, tested, or modified in any way cannot be returned.


    Condition Requirements

    Returned items must:

    • Be in new and unused condition

    • Include all original packaging, accessories, and product inserts


    Return Timeline

    • Once your return is approved, you must ship the product promptly.

    • The returned item must arrive at our facility within 30 days of the delivery date.


    Refund Details

    • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

    • Shipping charges (both outbound and return) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund based on the condition of the item.


    Return Process

    To initiate a return, please visit our Return Center and follow the instructions provided.

  • Shipping Policy


    Delivery Estimates

    • U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days

    • International Orders: Estimated delivery in 5–14 business days


    Order Processing

    • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (EST)

    • Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day

    • Orders are delivered Monday through Friday only


    Shipping Times

    • In-stock items: Ship within 24–48 hours

    • Large quantity orders: May require an additional 1–3 business days

    • Made-to-order items: Ship in 5–7 business days

    • Custom items: Ship in 5–15 business days

    • Items may be bulk packed for large orders


    Shipping Methods

    • Default carrier: FedEx Ground (unless otherwise requested)

    • Expedited shipping: FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Express Saver available upon request
      Note: Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Please call to confirm availability of same-day shipment

    • Freight shipping: Some items require freight delivery; these costs are billed separately after shipment


    Shipping Liability

    • ECOLOXTECH is not responsible for delays caused by FedEx due to:

      • Weather

      • Mechanical issues

      • Equipment failure

    • ECOLOXTECH is not responsible for delays due to:

      • Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer


    Damaged Shipments

    • All packages are insured when they leave our facility

    • If a package arrives damaged, do not accept it without noting the damage with the carrier

    • ECOLOXTECH is not responsible for items damaged in transit


    International Shipping

    • We ship internationally via UPS Standard or FedEx Ground Intl. (Canada) or UPS Intl Saver or FedEx Express Intl. (all other countries)

    • Customs, duties, taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility

    • We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges if actual rates exceed the original quote due to package size or destination
