Summary
Abstract
Surface disinfection via aerosol (SDVA). The device produces dry fog through a turbine at high speed that atomized and sprays disinfectant. Usually, H2O2 and hypochlorous acid (HOCl) are used as a disinfectant (Figures 1 and 2). The disinfectant is atomized into ultrafine droplets, blown into the air, and, after 10-30 min, settles on all surfaces; these disinfectant droplets quickly begin to take effect. The generator produces on average size 5 μ particles of disinfectant and ensures a slow and completely uniform sedimentation on each square of the treated premises with no humidity.

Reading this responsibly
Published figures are obtained under controlled conditions, usually on clean surfaces or in defined matrices. Organic load, surface condition, temperature and application coverage all affect real-world performance. Use these numbers to design a protocol, then validate it on your own site with environmental swabbing.
Applying it
Concentrations in this range are within the adjustable output of every EcoloxTech commercial system, so implementing this protocol is a settings question rather than a procurement one. Where the claim needs to sit on a registered label, see HOCl-AS200, EPA Reg. No. 101112-1.
